At Black Sheep Hair Studio in Neustadt, Ontario, we want every guest to enjoy a relaxed, welcoming experience. To help us keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you review our salon etiquette and policies regarding timing, cancellations, deposits, and respect.
RUNNING LATE?

We understand that life happens! If you are running up to 15 minutes late, please give us a quick call to let us know.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to respect the time of other guests.
CANCELLATIONS

Things come up — we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
DEPOSITS
​​
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your final service total.
